What work can you take on?

Do you work with our existing processes?

Yes. Your templates, your file formats, your programme. Everything comes back editable so your team can pick it up and carry on. 

How much information do you need before we start?

Whatever you’ve got. A drawing set and a brief is ideal, a photo and a phone call works too. Part of the job is turning a vague scope into something you can price. 

Will my client know you're involved?

Only if you want them to. Most work is delivered under your branding, in your templates, with you as the point of contact. Where it suits the project I’ll deal with the client directly, but that’s your call, not mine. 

How does pricing work?

Fixed price per task or per stage where the scope is clear, day rate where it isn’t. Agreed before anything starts, and nothing invoiced that hasn’t been quoted. 

What about confidentiality?

I work under NDA as standard. Projects stay yours: I don't publish client names or project details in a portfolio or in conversation with anyone else.
